Privacy Policy

This page says what happens to your data on guidofua.com. It is short because little happens. Every statement here matches a line of code or a configuration in this site, not a template.

Who is responsible

The controller is Eikona di Guido Fuà & C. S.a.s., Rome, Italy. For anything on this page, including asking for a copy of your data or its deletion, write to contact@guidofua.com.

What the site collects

Nothing, unless you do something that needs it. Reading the site sends nothing about you anywhere except the anonymous page count described below.

• If you send a brief: your name, email, and whatever you write in the form. Optionally company, website, type of work, timeline and budget.
• If you register for LUMENS: first name, last name and email.
• If you analyse an image with LUMENS: the image itself, for the time the analysis takes.
• If you open a client gallery: the password you type, and which photographs you select.
• On every request, as with any web server: your IP address and browser. The like counter keeps only a shortened one-way hash of the IP, never the address.

Statistics

Page counts come from Vercel Web Analytics. It writes no cookie, stores no identifier, and cannot follow you from one site to another. That is why this site has no cookie banner: there is nothing to ask you about.

Who else sees something

These are all of them. Each one receives only what its job needs.

• Vercel Hosts the site and counts page views. Every request passes through it, so it sees the IP and the browser. The statistics it produces carry no identifier.
• Bunny Delivers the photographs and the videos hosted here. Your browser fetches the images from it, so it sees the IP and which file was requested.
• Resend Sends the mail. It handles the confirmation you receive and the notification Guido receives, so it sees the address and the content of those messages.
• Notion Keeps the archive of briefs and LUMENS registrations. A brief has to be written down somewhere to be answered. Nothing else is written there.
• Upstash Redis Holds the counters and the gallery sessions. Like counts, the LUMENS allowance, and whether a client gallery session is still valid. IPs appear only as a shortened hash.
• Google Gemini Analyses the image you upload to LUMENS. The image is sent for the analysis and the answer comes straight back. This site does not store it. What Google does with it is governed by its own terms.
• Cloudflare Turnstile Tells a person from a robot on the brief form. Without it the form fills with spam. It runs only on the contact page, when the form is open.
• YouTube Plays the videos. Nothing is fetched from YouTube until you click a poster. Before that click it does not know you are here.
• Hostinger Runs the mailbox at guidofua.com. Mail you send to the address on this site arrives there.
• Calendly Takes the bookings for a call. Only if you choose "Book a call". It opens on its own site, with its own rules.

How long things are kept

Briefs stay in the Notion archive and in the mailbox until they are deleted by hand. LUMENS registrations stay until you ask for them to be removed. Counters and sessions expire on their own, on the schedule in the cookie page. The image you analyse with LUMENS is not stored by this site at all.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to the address above and you will get an answer. No form, no account.

Cookies

There are a few, all technical, and none of them watch you. They are listed one by one on the cookie page.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no archive of previous versions.
